Online Purchases

Purchases are based on product availability. Mario Tricoci Gift Cards and Tricoci Pilot Rewards Points may not be used as payment on shop.tricoci.com at this time.

Tricoci Pilot Rewards members will get points for purchases, although please note there may be a delay in account recognition.

Shipping

Standard shipping (USPS Priority Mail) on all orders less than $50 after any other discounts and before taxes, shipping and handling is $7.95 and free for all orders of $50 or more after any other discounts and before taxes, shipping and handling. Please note that order processing may take up to 1 business day after the order is placed for standard shipping. We currently ship to U.S. addresses only.

If the item received is damaged or not the correct item, please contact orders@tricoci.com immediately for directions on returning the product. We ask you to provide a picture of any damaged product for our records.

Order and Shipping Confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed–it will include your order number and shipping method. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are on route to you.

Orders can take up to 1 business day to be processed and shipped. Once your order is prepared for shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

Taxes

Applicable sales tax will be charged on merchandise total, where applicable. Taxes are calculated according to shipping destination and itemized on your order summary.

Return Policy

Returns on items eligible for returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt. Items must be returned unopened/unused in original packaging. To return an item follow the directions below:

To initiate a return, please provide your Name, Order Number, Product Name and Reason for Return to orders@tricoci.com or call our Support Center at 847-202-9443, Sun-Sat 8AM – 5PM CST.  Please allow 24-48 hours for an email response. 

For assistance with all items that have been opened, tried or tested, please contact the Support Center at orders@tricoci.com to receive instructions on how best to go about your return. Kindly note that these items are subjected to a refund in store credit.

Late Returns

Any item returned after 30 days of receipt is not eligible for refund.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges on products purchased at shop.tricoci.com, as items may sell out while the requested exchange is returned and processed.

Receiving a Refund

A refund will be issued once we have received your returned items. Any items that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for refund. Refunds do not include any shipping or handling charges, except in the case of faulty or damaged items. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used for the original transaction and will be in the amount of the Product price less the return label fee if applicable. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business day for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times. This can vary greatly between credit card issuers.

Discounts & Promotional Items

Not valid on prior purchases, taxes or shipping and processing charges. Discounts and offers may not be combined with any other sale, promotion, discount, code, coupon and/or offer. Mario Tricoci has the right to end or modify any promotion at any time. Other restrictions may apply.

In Salon Purchases

Refunds, exchanges or credit on retail products are allowed within 60 days of purchase when accompanied by original receipt.  Full refunds will be issued for unopened retail products; gently used products receive in-store credit only.  All sales are final after 60 days. Any discounted retail purchases are final sales and not refundable.

All Series and Gift Card sales are final and not refundable.
